Good Posture – Why it is so important and how to fix yours
How is your posture? (Infographic) For those of us who sit at a desk all day or are in a car commuting for over an hour the constant strain on our backs can ruin our posture. We notice as the day goes on that we are slouching, moving, adjusting and this bad posture continues. When you focus on your posture it is usually good; when we are taking a photo, standing in front of a mirror – but what about the other 23 hours of the day when we are sitting or just walking around? Are you using good or bad posture? For me I noticed it after a few years of working in an office and also just having a small frame and slouching in my shoulders.
