With the cooler weather starting to set in it’s time to start thinking about how I am going to update my skin care routine. In the fall and winter my skin gets very dry, especially with taking hot showers after a long day or tough workout. I always need to put moisture back into my skin, but finding a good body lotion is not always easy. Some are really perfumed and filled with harsh ingredients or they just don’t seem to get my skin moisturized enough. I also use this when I go to the gym and wear workout shorts too. I can’t stand dry and ashy legs so I love applying this all over. At night time, after a hot bath, I put this all over and also put it on my feet, then put a pair of soft, comfy socks on to soak up the lotion for baby soft feet! The body butter is air-whipped for instant penetration to restore, protect and soften your skin.
