This is the first episode of an on-going series I am going to do for those of you who have asked me “how can I work out at home and still get results.” This will be circuit workouts with limited to no rest, keeping the heart rate up for fat and calorie burning. All you will need are dumb bells, plates and your own body weight to do these routines.
All exercises are to be done in reps of 10 and all the exercises are done back to back with no rest. Think of it as a continuous obstacle course where you go from station to station. At the end you will be out of breathe but it will be amazing!
