Today’s Green Juice Recipe – Great for clear skin or clearing your breakouts

Drinking one green juice a day with the right ingredients has helped me to keep my skin happy and clear. I can’t say with 100% certainty this is exactly what has changed my skin, but with proper diet, nutrition, clean eating I have noticed a big difference in the number of breakouts I do get and how clear my skin has been. It also is a lot brighter than it used to be and I find having a green juice every morning gives me some natural energy and makes my body happy 🙂 I have been added lemon into my diet everyday due to its benefits for the skin. I also like to spray a mist of water and lemon on my face at night which seems to also aid in keeping my skin clear and avoid any blocking of the pores. Lemon is such a power packed addition to any diet or beauty routine and I’m not sure if people even realize how much it can do to boost your health and skin. I have bags of lemon now in my fridge at all times and add it to my juices as well as sip on water with lemon in it all day long

My green juice today was made using:

2 slices of organic lemon without the peel

1 handful of organic kale

1 handful of organic spinach

1 handful of freshly diced pineapple

1/2 of a diced organic green apple with no peel

Blend in my Nutribullet with some fresh, cold water and then enjoy on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. You may notice that there is a bit of pulp in your greens juice – do not throw that away. I like to let the juice sit a bit and then the pulp will rise to the top. I then will sip from the bottom and then stir the glass again. I keep doing this until it is empty. The sweetness of the apple and pineapple make the spinach and kale taste disappear!
