Protein Pancakes using P28 Foods White Chocolate Mix

Making protein pancakes has never been easier using P28 Foods pancake mix

The snow does not seem to want to let up here in New Jersey which means we get snowed in a lot lately. Today was no different, with another wintery mix causing some delays, school closings, and for me… a day of working from home since it was difficult to drive in this weather to my office. So what better way to start my day than to finally try out using my new P28 White Chocolate High Protein Pancake Mix! I haven’t had pancakes in a while, let alone some protein pancakes so I was excited to get into the kitchen and finally crack open this tin of protein mix. The P28 Foods white chocolate pancake mix comes completely ready to go; all you need to do is add water! I have made protein pancakes from scratch before, but it is so nice to have the option to just add a few scoops of the powder mix, water and then cook right away.
