Nothing screams “delicious breakfast” like a plate of hot, fluffy pancakes. You don’t have to turn to the box mix anymore when you make these with some basic ingredients plus some protein powder. Not only are these a high protein meal option, but they are quick, easy and taste delicious. I usually make these after a morning work out and they fill me up and get me ready to go about my day.

Ingredients you will need:

♥ 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein – I used Vanilla BodyTech Whey 24 Protein Buy Here

♥ 1 whole egg

♥ 1 Sliced organic banana for topping

♥ Walden Farms Pancake Syrup Buy Here

♥ Coconut Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil spray Buy Here

♥ 2 tbsp of Whole wheat flour or almond flour

♥ Dash of sea salt

♥  1/4 tbsp baking powder

♥  Dash of cinnamon

♥  small amount of water until mix is thick and pasty

→ Mix all of your ingredients into a bowl until the batter is smooth and a little thick.

→ Spray your pan and put it on a medium heat for a few minutes before adding the batter.

→ Watch your pancakes and when you start to see the bubbles popping flip them over.

→ Once flipped they will cook through the middle in about a minute or two the most.

→ Plop them on a plate and top with some sugar free, fat free, calorie free Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (love this stuff!) and slice up a banana

  1. I just found your website and I really like it. I plan to spend more time on it later and do some of the food prep. I always have a hard time with what to eat or what to put together and how much. Your photos shows exactly what how etc. Thank you. I don’t like chicken at all but the rest I can do great with. Keep up the good work and I know it may sound silly to some but just seeing the photos with your eyes somehow makes it make sense. Love Ella
