Chocolate Banana Protein Cupcakes Recipe

This is a quick and easy recipe to turn a high protein food into a delicious treat! I love making protein cupcakes but sometimes they can be very dry, so it’s important to try your recipes and find what works best to keep them nutritious and still moist. For this recipes I used Metabolic Nutrition Protizyme Protein powder which is very tasty and is pretty sweet in flavor so you don’t need to add any type of sweetners or sugar to the mix. These took about 20 minutes from start to finish and this made about a dozen full size cupcakes.

  1. I tried to make these and they came out deflated. I realized after that you had left the flour out of the ingredient measurements. Can you clarify how much flour to use? And is it really 1/4 tbsp salt? Or did you mean teaspoon. Also do I need an egg or just a banana? They seemed very dry to mix. Thanks!

  2. they do not stay puffy like a cupcake, they will deflate fast so you should eat them the same time you make them.
