Next Step and Kind Bar Healthy Grains Yogurt Crunch Bowl Recipe

One of my favorite ways to get a high number of protein grams in without eating a ton of calories is to take a plain no fat greek yogurt and add some protein powder to it. Sometimes I will also add a topping to give it some crunch like today’s Kind Bar. These you can get at your local health food store or you can order online (link here). I like these version of the Kind Bars because they don’t have tons of chocolate but are more of a granola type. For this crunch bow I used the Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate and only used half of the bar to break up and sprinkle into my yogurt. This came out delicious and keeps me full due to the Next Step protein which has fiber and Tonalin CLA in it.

To make this you will need:

– 1 scoop of Next Step Swiss Chocolate Protein Powder

– 1/2 of a Kind Bar Healthy Grains

– 1 Chobani fat free plain greek yogurt cup

Put the cup of yogurt in the bowl and break up the Kind Bar into small pieces and add to the yogurt. This Kind Bar Healthy Grains Bars has the following nutritional value for a full bar (remember I am only using half for this bowl so divide the below by 2 if you follow this recipe):

I then add 1 scoop of Next Step Fit & Full Swiss Chocolate Protein Powder. (buy here)

1 Scoop of Protein Powder is 70 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, 6.5 carbs, 7 grams of protein. It also contains Tonalin CLA  and 3 grams of fiber.  Mix the protein powder in and it becomes like a chocolate mousse with the crunch of the bar pieces.
