Next Step Swiss Chocolate and Vanilla Protein Cupcake Recipe

Want to turn your usual cupcake recipe into something healthy and high in protein? Look no further than this delicious Vanilla Protein Cupake with Chocolate Yogurt and Protein frosting. I made this using the below ingredients and you would never know the difference between this and a regular cupcake!

To make you will need:

Unsweetened Almond milk, reduced sodium baking powder, 2 chobani greek non fat plain yogurts, some seasalt, 2 eggwhites, 4 scoops of vanilla caramel BPI Whey-HD protein powder, 1 cup of whole wheat flower and for the frosting some nuts/super fuzion nut mix and 1 scoop of swiss chocolate next step protein powder.

Make the mix and put into cupcake tins into the over at 400 degrees until the middle is cooked through. Around 20 – 25 minutes or so.

For the frosting use 1 chobani yogurt cup or 1 cup of stonyfield organic plain yogurt and add some nuts to the mix and 1 scoop of swiss chocolate next step protein powder until smooth and creamy.
