Here is a quick recipe for a very high protein rich snack. These protein bars are soft and delicious!
What you will need:
1 1/2 containers of Whipped cottage cheese
4 tbsp of powdered peanut butter
1/4 cup of chopped almonds
1/2 cup of almond milk any flavor
3 heaping scoops of chocolate casein protein powder
Small handful of natural cacao chips
Dusting of cinnamon
Pour cottage cheese into a pan and spread out.
Add in powdered peanut butter.
Chop up the almonds well. Add into the pan.
Add the scoops of protein.
Throw in small handful of cacao chips. Then mix everything.
You’ll notice it’s too thick so slowly add in the almond milk. It shouldn’t be too dry or thick. Soft enough to spread theougho
Spread it out then top with cinnamon. Pop into the fridge and let it harden. Then enjoy! Great at night before bed. Tastes delicious.
