Here is a new protein ball recipe I made with vanilla, real cocoa chips, peanut butter, oats, water and almond milk. It came out delicious and great for an in between meal snack or post workout treat.
What you need:
- vanilla whey protein powder (5 scoops)
- 3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla flavored almond milk
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup of natural cocoa chips
- 4 tbsp natural peanut butter
Mix everything together until thick. If you find it is too thick add more water or if its too thin and watery add some more oats. Now mix together and roll balls into the shape of meatballs and place on a plate. Then put in the fridge to set and then enjoy after 45 minutes.
